Meet the SEISMIC team
Wayne Rothschild – Vice President and Managing Director
Mr. Rothschild is a serial entrepreneur and inventor with more than 60 issued patents. His diversified design and manufacturing experience includes robotics and defense technology, consumer goods, food, electronics, toys, and games. In addition to managing the international operations of SEISMIC, Mr. Rothschild performs due diligence for the parent firm’s investment activities. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
Rick Miller – Director of Finance
Mr. Miller is a serial entrepreneur with a background in investment banking and structuring complex corporate finance transactions. He has 20+ years of experience managing all financial aspects of a fast-growing CTPAT-certified importer/exporter of consumer goods. Mr. Miller holds both a BS and an MBA in Finance from DePaul University and DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
Alex Yiu – Director of Operations
Based in Hong Kong and deeply familiar with the Southeast Asian manufacturing universe, Mr. Yiu has 20+ years of experience with several early-stage and well-established companies as a highly regarded production manager with experience in planning, quality control, testing, inspection and logistics. Additionally, he performs sales, marketing and licensing activities for SEISMIC on behalf of clients’ products as well as its own products. Mr. Yiu is multilingual and holds a BA in Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Nathan Wagner – Advisor, Retired President and Founder
Mr. Wagner is a CPA and serial entrepreneur, having founded, operated and/or owned more than 100 domestic and international companies. Mr. Wagner’s business acumen is enhanced by years of experience derived from ownership interests in manufacturing, marketing and sales, investments, financing, life insurance, real estate investment, construction and management. Mr. Wagner focuses today on financial, business and tax planning and policies. He holds a BA from Northwestern University in Business Administration, with highest honors.
